Job Purpose
This position sits in the Experience & Engineering business unit. We primarily deliver large‑scale website design and build projects, combining future‑ready technical solutions with elegant designs to help clients such as Nikon, London Marathon Events and END.
As a CRO Consultant, you’ll make data‑driven decisions and visualise user needs to report them to our clients, using heat maps, user recordings and polls to generate insights and translate them to hypotheses.
You will define experiments into a roadmap, conduct them and present results. You’ll collaborate with designers and developers to support experiment delivery, and present complex answers in a clear fashion to convince clients on optimisations to prioritise. By doing so you actively support data‑driven development and increase conversion of our clients’ platforms.
What you’ll do
* Help clients define how to measure digital success (KPIs / Conversion) aligned with business objectives
* Analyse data via Google Analytics or user feedback tools (Hotjar, Contentsquare) to turn data into insights
* Benchmark user journeys against best practices through heuristic walkthroughs
* Conduct deep‑dive analysis to support backlog prioritisation for clients’ digital platforms (site, shop, app)
* Create test plans, execute A/B tests and evaluate results
* Join or lead client workshops
* Produce and deliver reports or audits summarising findings
* Contribute to conversion programmes driving continuous improvements through iterative learning
What you bring
* At least 2 years of experience as an optimisation consultant, preferably in digital marketing
* Proficiency with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Contentsquare, and test tools such as VWO or Optimizely
* Commercial entrepreneurial drive
* Experience at a digital agency (bonus points)
