We are now looking for an experienced 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer to join the team. You will primarily be responsible for 2nd Line Technical Support and occasional client visits.
We believe in investing in our employees, and actively encourage our engineers to complete professional training and certification. In addition to Helpdesk duties, there is the potential to be involved in IT projects, cybersecurity services and software development, which form part of our larger portfolio of services.

Essential:
* Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server
* Experience of supporting Microsoft 365
* Networking knowledge and experience
* Full clean UK driving licence (for manual vehicle)
* Candidate must pass DBS check
Nice to have:
1. Microsoft Professional Certification
2. Experience of deploying and managing Azure solutions
