Overview
Senior Account Manager - Retentions role at Dome Cleaning, Inc. Based in Fareham offices. The Retentions team focuses on contacting existing customers at risk of leaving and retaining their business by maintaining customer loyalty over the phone and highlighting the value of our products and services.
Responsibilities
* Contact existing customers to retain their custom
* Proactively follow up leads and ensure that targets and KPIs are met
* Answer questions about products or the company
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
* Enter and update customer information in the database
* Take and process orders accurately
* Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
* Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
Ideal qualifications
* Sales experience within a professional B2B environment
* Used to working towards sales targets and agreed KPIs
* Ability to work accurately under pressure and within strict deadlines
* Perseverance and self-motivation to take the sales process from start to finish
* Experience working with telecommunication products (preferred)
