About the Role
We are looking to appoint a Contracts Administrator to join our friendly team at Bagnalls Painting & Decorators in Cleckheaton. The role will be based in our office and provide a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to the management & sales team, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
* Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
* Create and maintain accurate documents, including staff training records, vehicle fleet information, and new starter information.
* Manage all office inventory, including stationery, PPE, uniform, and kitchen supplies.
* Handle financial administration: contacting debtors, checking credit card reports, and working with the finance team on various procedures.
About You
You will be a confident individual with excellent IT and literacy skills, a positive communicator, and the ability to handle customer contact, including overdue payments or complaints.
Essential Criteria
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
