What We’re Looking For
* Strong Branch, Store or General Management experience within trade, retail, wholesale or merchant environments
* A commercially aware leader who understands sales, margin and operational KPIs
* Someone who thrives in fast-paced operational environments
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, challenge and develop teams
* Hands-on management style with strong visibility across the operation
* Someone who can build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business
* Confident making decisions and improving operational performance
Your Day-to-Day
* Leading the overall branch operation and team performance
* Driving sales, profitability and customer service standards
* Managing stock availability, warehouse flow and operational standards
* Building strong relationships with trade customers and the local market
* Improving productivity, engagement and accountability across the branch
* Driving growth across sales, footfall and repeat business
* Ensuring strong standards across safety, compliance and operational delivery
