Our journey
Evaro was founded in 2018 by Dr. Thuria Wenbar and Dr. Oskar Wenbar after realizing that 25% of Accident & Emergency (A&E) consultations and 40% of General Practice (GP) appointments focus on minor health conditions. Starting as an online service for e-Surgery and e-Pharmacy, Evaro has expanded its offerings to support 13.5 million patients across NHS and private healthcare services in the UK.

You will report directly to the CTO and be part of a team of 3 people.
As a Product Manager at Evaro, you will:
* Define product goals and roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
* Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify product opportunities.
* Work alongside engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to execute product development from concept to launch.
* Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows that guide the development process.
* Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and iterative improvements.
* Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and progress across projects.
* Utilize analytics to evaluate product success, drive continuous improvements, and inform future strategies.
About you:
* 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a tech or healthtech environment.
* A strong understanding of product lifecycle management, user research, and agile methodologies.
* Proven ability to translate complex problems into clear product strategies.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* A passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.
