Due to continued business success, we are seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our Ballistics team. Based in our purpose-built manufacturing and test facility in Fivemiletown, Co. Tyrone, you will support the design, testing, and production of cutting-edge personal protective armour. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of new armour solutions, creating initial designs using Adobe Illustrator. Collaborate with designers and engineers to refine technical concepts. Analyze test data, identify trends, and contribute to product improvements. Conduct controlled product tests and maintain detailed documentation. Prepare product specifications and cost analyses to support certification. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth transition from prototype to production. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Ballistics team. Requirements Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering, or related. Basic understanding of ballistics principles (training provided). Understanding of design and product development principles. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts). Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Desirable: Experience with Adobe Illustrator or CAD software. Internship or project experience in product testing or ballistics.
