We are seeking an Exams and Timetabling Manager to take the lead in delivering a high-quality, efficient and compliant Exams and Timetabling Service across the College. This is a key leadership role where youll manage a dedicated team and collaborate with curriculum leaders to ensure every learners journeyfrom registration to resultsis seamless and supported. Providing dynamic, day-to-day operational line management of the Exams and Timetabling Team. Leading the planning and execution of examsensuring entries are submitted on time and all regulations (JCQ and Awarding Organisations) are fully met. Driving the development and delivery of an effective timetabling and eRegister system to ensure accurate attendance tracking and maximise room utilisation. Working closely with curriculum leads to support timetabling, eRegister processes, student registrations and results tracking. Essential Qualifications: Education to level 3 or above and/or a professional qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4 or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent Essential Experience: Line management experience Experience of researching and examining complex policies and regulations ensuring these are understood and adhered to. Experience of working with complex database systems for processing of data, interrogation, extraction and reporting
