Reporting into the Head of Retention, this role is a great opportunity to join our Customer Operations team, to deliver an excellent customer retention strategy on our high profile UK News & Wealth brands. What you'll be doing Reporting to the Head of Retention Marketing, you'll drive yield and revenue, and improving lifetime value across our digital and print subscriber base. Delivering retention and engagement marketing initiatives to reduce churn and win back customers. You'll be experienced in retention analytics and present results and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels. You'll plan and implement retention marketing roadmaps ensuring continual improvement through a test and learn approach, and applying best practice. Above all, you will be customer-centric and will always deliver a first class customer experience, whilst also reviewing how we can reduce costs and maximise our retention budget to support LTV across the business.
