Role Overview
Healthii People is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join a forward-thinking, patient-focused GP practice in the Norwich area (South Norfolk). This is a 12-month maternity cover position with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. Deliver nursing care to patients as directed by GPs and within scope of practice

Manage and support patients with long-term conditions, including asthma, COPD, and diabetes
Run nurse-led clinics and maintain appointment/recall systems
Mentor and support other clinical team members, including healthcare assistants and phlebotomists
Contribute to the development of practice policies and clinical governanceWhat Were Looking For

Skilled in:
Chronic disease management (asthma, COPD, diabetes)
Treatment room services and screening

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and organisational skillsAbout the Practice
Youll be joining a modern, CQC-rated "Good" practice with approximately 11,500 registered patients. The practice is growing significantly, with recent investment in new clinical space and expansion plans to meet future community needs in the Norwich area.
