Responsibilities
1. Independently lead and deliver high-quality business analysis activities across small to medium-sized projects, ensuring business needs are understood, documented, and translated into solutions.
2. Support the Senior Business Analyst in complex business transformation initiatives, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
3. Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
4. Review and improve existing business processes, documenting current ('as is') and future ('to be') states using standard process modelling tools.
5. Manage business analysis activities across projects, working within Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
6. Contribute to the development of the Business Analysis function by sharing best practices and supporting tool and technique enhancements.
