HR Manager – stand-alone Tunbridge Wells Up to £50,000 Full-Time Permanent Office based – this is not a hybrid working role Benefits: * 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays * Generous employer contributory pension * Free parking * Private medical insurance * Free lunch/refreshments Exciting opportunity to lead on day-to-day HR requirements in this HR stand-alone role. Essentials: * Sound generalist HR experience * A good level of employment law knowledge * Associate CIPD member level 5 or equivalent qualification – flexible to level 3 * Strong communication skills * Excellent administration and organisational skills * High levels of confidentiality and understanding of data protection * Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with people at all levels * Experienced in HR systems and creating people data reports Key Responsibilities: * Working independently to lead on both operational and strategic HR matters * Develop and monitor overall people processes, systems and policies * Keep up to date with the latest HR trends * Advice and guidance * Ensure organisation is legally compliant at all times * Key projects and developments within the HR function * Lead on HR projects * End-end recruitment * Onboarding * Working with Compliance Manager ...
