Senior Education Recruitment Consultant – Romford
£30,000–£45,000 basic + strong, uncapped commission

We’re expanding our Education division in Romford and are looking for an experienced consultant who wants to take ownership of a desk, grow it properly, and be part of a team that backs each other to succeed.
This is a senior role, ideal for someone who already understands the education market and wants a position with more responsibility, autonomy, and earning potential.

The role
5. Build, manage, and grow your own desk within the Education sector
6. Develop strong, lasting relationships with schools and MATs
7. Source and place teachers and support staff
8. Run the full recruitment cycle with pace, accuracy, and consistency
9. Work collaboratively with a driven team as the division continues to grow
What we’re looking for
10. At least 2 years of Education Recruitment experience
11. Someone confident working in a fast‑paced, office‑based environment
12. Strong relationship‑builder with a reputation for reliability
13. Organised, resilient, and proactive
14. Ambitious and keen to progress as the division scales
