Role: Support worker (female candidates only)

Location: Coventry
Caseload: Max 11 (6 men/5 women)
Hours; 8-5pm 4 days, 11-8pm 1 day.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping individuals experiencing homelessness to achieve positive life changes and move towards more sustainable lifestyles. You will work collaboratively as part of a supportive team to meet contractual and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate regular one-to-one meetings and client participation activities
Develop, review, and update individual support plans within required timeframes
Support individuals to achieve agreed goals, including maximising benefits and managing personal budgets
Carry out assessments and risk assessments using a person-centred, trauma-sensitive approach
Coordinate with colleagues to deliver effective in-house support services
Signpost and refer to external services where additional specialist support is required
Maintain accurate and timely records using a web-based client management system
Work in partnership with external agencies such as housing services, health professionals, and community support teams
Ensure all practice complies with safeguarding, equality, and health & safety policies
Participate in duty management rotas as required
Engage in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development
