What we are looking for in our managers:
* Previous experience working in a fast paced restaurant environment.
* Background in good standard establishments.
* Sales and Guest focused personality.
* Good understanding of restaurant economics and a keen driver of internal and external sales.
* Can commute to or live locally to Stirling
* Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
* Manage staff training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high level of service.
* Drive sales initiatives by promoting menu items and upselling to enhance revenue.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster a positive dining experience.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality standards.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
