Overview
Full time 37.5 hours per week. Permanent post. Here at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust, we are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to provide senior HR support to our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team. This is a Band 8a, full time role. You will report directly to the Head of HR, and will be part of the wider Workforce and Organisational Development team.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional HR guidance and advice to all staff groups in the Trust, including medical staff.
* Support the IFM team and work alongside operational managers to contribute to the delivery of the Trust’s and IFM objectives and strategy.
* Collaborate on wider projects such as Culture and OD interventions and long-term strategic workforce planning.
* Analyse workforce metrics, interpret HR data, and drive improvements.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of HR policy, workforce issues, change management and complex casework.
* Build effective working relationships at all levels and adapt to a busy NHS operational environment, prioritising competing demands.
Role alignment
The role will initially be aligned with the IFM, estates and facilities team.
