As Payroll Supervisor, you will oversee a portfolio of diverse client payrolls, ensuring accurate, timely and fully compliant payroll delivery. Working alongside a team of payroll administrators and executives, you'll be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence and supporting team development. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls. Supervise a team of payroll administrators - delegating workloads, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior members. Perform quality control checks and review payroll outputs before client submission. Stay up to date with UK payroll legislation including PAYE, NIC, statutory payments, pensions (auto-enrolment), holiday pay, and year-end processing (P60s, P11Ds).
