A leading housing provider in the Southwest, managing over 40,000 homes, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Business Finance Partner to join its finance team. In this pivotal role, you'll support central business functions—such as IT, People, Facilities, and Project Management—by providing the financial insights and guidance they need to deliver on performance goals and strategic priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Partnering with senior managers and budget holders to drive financial performance across key business functions.
Providing financial expertise and guidance to support strategic decisions and operational delivery.
Leading the preparation of annual budgets and managing non-housing capital investment within the organisation’s 30-year business plan.
Driving cost efficiency, accountability, and long-term financial sustainability.What We’re Looking For:
Part or fully qualified CCAB accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
Strong foundation in management and financial accounting, budgeting, variance analysis, and Value for Money principles.
Excellent communication skills and experience in translating financial data into meaningful insights.
Demonstrated skills in project planning, process improvement, and risk management.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Experience in the social housing sector or a related field is desirable.
