Practice Manager – Harrison Family Vets, Kingswinford (salary up to £40k)
Harrison Family Vets are looking for a Practice Manager to join our Kingswinford team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running, growth, and continued success of our modern veterinary practice.

About the Role
As Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the practice, ensuring we deliver excellent client service and support our clinical team to provide the highest standards of care. You will work very closely alongside the Senior Vet, Head Nurse and Operations Director:
* Managing and supporting the client care and clinical teams
* People management - conduct appraisals, 1:1 meeting and performance management meetings, and helping with recruitment
* Ensure that monthly team meetings are held to discuss any team issues, practice efficiencies, client experience, local issues and attend regular meeting with Managing and Operations Directors
* Overseeing rotas and managing holidays, CPD, overtime etc.
* Managing budgets, financial reporting, and stock control- working alongside senior vets to make sure clinic budgets are achieved, and P&L statements are monitored carefully
* Ensuring compliance with RCVS and Health & Safety standards
* Developing processes to improve efficiency and client experience
* Championing Fear Free.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in people management (ideally within the Veterinary industry)
* A confident communicator with strong organisational skills
* Someone with passion and enthusiasm for the veterinary industry
* Approachable, supportive, and able to build positive relationships across the team.
* Business-minded, with a good understanding of financial and operational management.
* Adaptable, proactive, and ready to take ownership of challenges.
