This is a unique opportunity to advance cutting-edge treatments, working at the forefront of science to deliver life-changing medicines for patients worldwide. We are looking for a **Pharmaceutical Process Expert (PPE)** to support and optimise manufacturing processes within our Wrexham site. This is a key technical role focused on ensuring robust, compliant, and efficient production of pharmaceutical products. You’ll act as a technical expert, working cross-functionally to resolve issues, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement across operations. **This is a temporary role until end of Dec 2027.****Key responsibilities:*** Provide expert support for manufacturing processes, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Engineering* Lead or support investigations (deviations, CAPAs) and implement effective solutions* Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and batch records* Support process validation, tech transfer, and implementation of new products/processes**Knowledge, skills, and experience:*** Experience in a similar role, with experience either from manufacturing or a life sciences degree* Knowledge of change controls and QEVs* Experience with tech transfer or project management* Proven problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and investigations* Ability to train and coach**Apply Now**If you’re a proactive technical expert with a passion for improving processes and solving complex challenges, we’d love to hear from you.**#LI-Hybrid**We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported; where we embrace “The Real Us”.
