What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the go-to person for all things accounts, working with our ClearBooks software to keep everything running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
• Sales Ledger: Producing invoices and allocating received payments
• Purchase Ledger: Logging invoices and ensuring bills are paid accurately and on time
• Bank Reconciliation: Keeping our accounts balanced and up-to-date
• Payroll Support: Submitting payroll for our 12-strong team to the accountants
• Ad-hoc Accounts Tasks: Supporting our accountants with additional requests
What we’re looking for:
• At least basic accounts knowledge (previous experience in a similar role is a bonus)
• Comfortable using accounting software — ClearBooks experience is ideal but not essential
• Organised, accurate, and able to work to deadlines
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
