Our client is a leading distributor within the construction market, supplying a range of decorative surfaces to building merchants, retailers and manufacturers. The Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will: * Cover the North West region, visiting existing and new customers * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met * Identify new business opportunities and drive growth across the product range * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers * Represent the company at industry events and trade shows What We’re Looking For: * Proven sales or business development experience within a related trade * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A proactive and self-motivated approach to work. * Ability to manage a field-based role and travel within the Midlands region. * Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. * Candidates must have a full UK driving licence.
