We're looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time, job-share basis, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
This role is shared with another Marketing Assistant, together covering the full working week, with Wednesday as a collaborative overlap day to ensure continuity, communication and shared ownership of activity.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on marketing role supporting campaigns, events and day-to-day marketing activity across digital, print and in-store channels. You'll work closely with managers across the business to help bring seasonal promotions and events to life, while ensuring our brand remains consistent, engaging and customer-focused.
You'll be involved in:
* Supporting seasonal and promotional marketing campaigns
* Updating the website and contributing to social media and customer email communications
* Creating and maintaining in-store signage and promotional materials
* Supporting the planning, promotion and delivery of events throughout the year
* Assisting with reporting to help evaluate marketing activity and performance
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable balancing creative tasks with organisation and coordination.
About You
* You have experience in a marketing, digital or communications role, or strong transferable skills
* You're organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
* You're confident working with digital platforms and content
* You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
* You're keen to contribute ideas and continue developing your skills
