What you'll need to be:
* A shift leader or assistant manager who
is kind, calm and approachable
* Confident overseeing opening/closing,
safety and security procedures
* Well‑presented, detail‑focused and
professional
* Willing to support the GM in coaching and
developing the team
* Logical, organized and able to manage
multiple tasks
* Driven to deliver outstanding guest
experiences
* Able to work days, evenings and weekends
and reliably manage the commute
* A natural host who loves creating day making moments
* Looking for an employer that recognizes

* Experienced in hospitality, ideally with
supervisory experience in a busy food‑led environment
