Our Legal 500-recognised client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant with strong administrative and organisational skills. A solid understanding of Conveyancing Law and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities
* Perform a range of general administrative duties to support the team\'s daily operations
* Prepare and issue quotes to clients in a timely and accurate manner
* Handle enquiries from clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents, ensuring clear and professional communication
* Provide regular client updates and monitor the progress of matters to ensure smooth case progression
* Open and close files on the case management system, ensuring full compliance with the firm\'s AML policies, quality standards, and SRA/CQS regulations
* Demonstrate knowledge and experience in handling leasehold transactions
* Conduct online property searches efficiently and accurately
* Use the Land Registry portal to submit registrations, respond to requisitions, and order official copies, leases, and title plans
* Generate Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) calculations and submit relevant applications
* Prepare and submit bills, receipts, and payments to the finance team on behalf of fee earners
* Provide occasional reception cover as required to support front-of-house operations
