Dental Receptionist Administrator
Join NHS Highland as a Dental Receptionist Administrator at Oban Lorn & Islands Hospital. This role supports our Public Dental Service team with friendly, flexible, and accurate reception and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
* Receive face‑to‑face patient contact and provide clear information.
* Maintain accurate administrative records and manage appointment lists.
* Assist across other clinics in Argyll & Bute when required.
* Use Word and Excel for daily data and reporting.
Qualifications
* Experience as a receptionist with strong communication and organisational skills.
* Practical knowledge of IT applications such as Word and Excel.
* Desirable: experience in healthcare services and an administrative qualification.
* Valid driving licence and access to own vehicle for work purposes.
