Supply Chain Service Executive
Location: East Kilbride
Shift Pattern: 8-hour day shifts, working 5 days out of 7 (including rotational weekend work)

We're looking for a Supply Chain Service Executive to play a key role in managing customer order transactions, resolving queries and driving service excellence across our UK customer base. If you're proactive, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Do
* Customer Order Management (AS400 / SAP):
o New and ongoing customer setup
o Daily monitoring of orders to ensure timely processing and alignment with volume expectations
o Issue resolution with customers and internal teams
* Service-Related Tasks & Communication:
o Service level reporting
o Issue resolution
o Event planning (e.g., Christmas peak, Easter, promotions)
* Service Level Reporting:
o Internal and external reporting
o Proactive action on negative trends
* Maintain Customer Data Files:
o Keep customer information updated
o Communicate changes (e.g., new stores, SKU changes)
* Internal Meetings:
o Represent Customer Operations team
o Provide coverage post-meetings
* Standard Operating Procedures:
o Create, review and follow SOPs for the role
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Product supply chain and customer service handling experience.
* Skills: Strong Excel skills, numeracy and excellent communication.
* Desirable: SAP / AS400 / COGNOS experience and FMCG supply chain knowledge.
* Soft Skills: Problem-solving, resilience, ability to manage priorities under pressure and a proactive team player.
