As an HGV / Van Driver / Warehouse Operative at Forza Doors, your mission is to ensure our products reach customers across the UK safely, efficiently, and professionally. Key Responsibilities
* Safely deliver Forza products to customers nationwide.
* Maintain load security during transportation and assist with unloading.
* Follow all UK driving laws and company policies, including FORS accreditation standards.
* Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects.
* Keep company vehicles clean, well-maintained, and secure.
* Accurately record start/finish times, mileage, and fuel consumption.
* Adhere to EU driver regulations on hours and rest periods.
* Provide digital driver card records for compliance checks.
* Support warehouse operations, including packing and loading customer orders.
* Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
* Report absences in line with company policy.
* Carry out additional duties as required to support business needs.
Experience:
* Experience in multi-drop deliveries or long-haul driving.
* Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
* Working knowledge of UK road laws and driving regulations.
* Experience in handling large, heavy goods securely and efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Valid HGV or Van driving license.
* Up-to-date CPC qualification (for HGV drivers).
* Excellent time management and route planning skills.
* Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety.
* Ability to lift, load, and handle heavy goods safely.
* Attention to detail for record-keeping and compliance.
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Knowledge of navigating London by road is an advantage
