Receptionist / Administrative Support - West Cornforth Medical Centre
This role involves providing administrative support and reception duties at the West Cornforth Medical Centre. Responsibilities include:
* Managing opening and closing of premises, organizing rooms, and maintaining stock and stationery supplies.
* Greeting and directing patients, scheduling appointments, and handling patient enquiries.
* Answering telephones, managing messages, and coordinating communication with external agencies.
* Registering new patients, arranging medical appointments, and processing requests for home visits and prescriptions.
* Handling mail, specimen samples, and maintaining medical records and data entry.
* Processing payments, managing petty cash, and ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
* Supporting quality and safety standards, participating in appraisals, and contributing to team effectiveness.
The successful candidate will be expected to adhere to statutory requirements, participate in training, and support the delivery of high-quality patient services.
