This is a wonderful opportunity to support pupils as they transition from EYFS into more structured learning. The Role As a Year 1 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum. Build strong foundations in phonics, reading, writing, and maths. Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development. Use assessment to monitor progress and adapt teaching accordingly. Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience within EYFS or Key Stage 1. Strong knowledge of phonics and early literacy development.
