We're recruiting for an experienced Customer Support Manager to join a busy and customer-focused team within the air conditioning and refrigeration industry .

You'll play a key role in managing daily operations, supporting national accounts, and ensuring that all systems, pricing, and stock information are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Account Managers, acting as the main escalation point.
Oversee customer onboarding and develop strong, long-term relationships.
Produce, analyse, and present management reports and KPIs.
Maintain accurate customer databases, price files, and stock information.
Manage branch stock administration, including returns, credits, and supplier pricing.
Support all aspects of people management, including training, performance, and wellbeing.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and operational procedures.
Stay up to date with industry developments and share insights with the team.
Take part in the company's Out of Hours Standby Service on a rota basis (including Bank Holidays).
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Proven experience in a management or Team Lead position
A background in operations, administration, or customer service management
Strong communication and leadership skills
Confidence working with data, reports, and management information
Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability
A proactive, hands-on attitude and attention to detail
A full UK driving licence (desirable – occasional travel may be required)
