Mode- Hybrid modeMAIN RESPONSABILITIES
The Cyber & Service Delivery team is expanding to support the INFRASTRUCTURE teams in:
3. Identifying assets involved in the MVI (Minimum Viable Infrastructure);
4. Translating BR (Business Recovery) requirements into actionable, "cost-effective" and "sustainable" DR (Disaster Recovery) plans;
5. Defining a DR (Disaster Recovery) plan with in-zone teams and IT organizations;
6. Creating a DR (Disaster Recovery) strategy that incorporates audit recommendations, the Information Systems Security Policy (ISSP), and business impacts;
7. Reviewing existing test plans and drafting missing ones;
8. Monitoring DR (Disaster Recovery) activities via a dashboard;
9. Training relevant engineers on DR (Disaster Recovery) procedures;
10. Presenting the progress status (planning, actual versus forecast, risks register) at quarterly executive committees.
ACTIVITIES
11. Manage and supervise, using Service Now, the identification of assets and their:RTO/RPO (Recovery Time Objective) / (Recovery Point Objective);Tiering model;Importance as MVI (Minimum Viable Infrastructure).
12. Ensure communication:Lead quarterly advancement steering committees with "Worldwide" audience, involving infrastructure and security directors;Propose real-time monitoring dashboards: via Service Now and/or PowerBi;Contribute to training.
13. Manage DR tests:Prepare an agenda and workload schedule, jointly with the concerned infrastructure directors and correspondents in zones and IT organizations;Populate the DR planning in the dedicated tools ("today" Confluence, "tomorrow" or "the day after tomorrow": SNOW);Participate in preparation, kick-off, and feedback meetings for DR tests on assets tagged "MVI";Draft and validate the set of documentation with the concerned infrastructure directors and correspondents in zones and ITorganizations:DRP: Disaster Recovery Plan;DRS: Disaster Recovery Strategy;DRTS: Disaster Recover Test Sheets;DRTR: Disaster Recover Test Report.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Technical Competencies
14. Mandatory Significant experience in conducting DR (Disaster Recovery) tests in a Cloud environment (Azure, AWS, Alibaba-Cloud, GCP, etc.) would be a significant asset;
15. Optional Active and growing participation in SECOPS activities (vulnerability monitoring, non-compliance, audit recommendations) and CMDB compliance is also expected within a clearly defined scope (zone and IT organization identified prior to the assignment);
16. CYBER certifications CISSP, ISO22301 LEAD AUDITOR
Professional Competencies & skills
17. The international work environment demands strong organizational and intercultural skills. Experience in an English-speaking environment is mandatory.
