Assistant Project Manager, Fit-Out Construction, Northampton, East Midlands Working with a specialist fast-track fit-out contractor in Northampton, to appoint an Assistant Project Manager Our client focus is refurbishment and fast-track fit-out projects, for a number of key clients on a repeat business basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with overseeing and managing all aspects of fit-out construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional. You will be primarily hybrid working. With a combination of site visits, teams meeting remotely and office working Applicants experience could be either from Assistant Project Manager or Site Manager roles Key Responsibilities: Assisting with: * Manage all elements of fast-track fit-out projects. * Collaborate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and expectations. * Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules and resource allocation. * Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders. * Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. * Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction. * Ensure timely completion of project milestones and final delivery.
