YMCA Heart of England is looking for a Coffee Shop Assistant to join the team based in Erdington, Birmingham. The successful candidate will join us on a bank contract. I n return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.24 per hour, will increase in line with minimum wage on 1st April 2026. About the Coffee Shop Assistant role We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team at Eden Coffee Shop. You’ll be part of a small team helping to create a welcoming, relaxed space for everyone who visits. Your day-to-day will include: Making and serving high quality food and drinks Keeping the coffee shop clean and well-presented Supporting with stock checks, deliveries and basic admin Confident and good with people Reliable, organised and able to work without constant supervision If you're friendly, hands-on and keen to help shape our Eden Coffee Shop space, we’d love to hear from you.
