Associate Electrical Engineer – London Excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to step into a leading position, and play a key part in in the growth of an expanding M&E team within an International, Engineering and Design Consultancy. Location: London Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 package benefits Job Description: The Resolute Group is proud to be working in partnership with an international engineering and design consultancy, supporting the strategic growth of their M&E division. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior or Associate Electrical Engineer to take on a key leadership role within the Data Centre Projects team, with responsibility for project delivery, technical oversight, and client engagement. Responsibilities: Lead the electrical engineering design and delivery of major data centre projects across the UK and Europe Oversee the technical work of junior and mid-level engineers, ensuring high-quality, code-compliant solutions Manage client relationships and act as the technical point of contact throughout project life cycles Support the development of project proposals, resourcing plans, and fee estimates Coordinate with other MEP disciplines and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient project integration Provide expert input into electrical systems design including HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and containment strategies Ensure projects align with relevant building regulations, codes, and client standards Participate in internal design reviews, QA/QC procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s technical development Promote sustainability and innovation in all project phases Experience: Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (BEng / MEng or equivalent) Chartered or working towards Chartered Engineer status (CEng) Minimum 5–7 years of experience in building services / M&E design, preferably with exposure to data centres, critical systems, or large commercial projects Strong technical knowledge of electrical infrastructure, including HV/LV systems and resilience planning Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools Demonstrated experience in client liaison and project leadership PLEASE NOTE You need to be living and eligible to work in England to be suitable for this position.
