We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is key to supporting our business development function — ensuring clients receive exceptional service from first enquiry through to confirmed booking and delivery.

Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales enquiries, clarifying client requirements and preparing tailored proposals.
* Support the sales team in managing client pipelines and follow‑ups.
* Prepare sales contracts and ensure accurate transfer of booking and invoicing details to the accounts team.
* Maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring all client data and correspondence are logged accurately.
* Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
* Support marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive sales growth.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and internal documentation.
* Assist in coordinating client meetings, calls, and site visits when required.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer service standards.
* Conduct post‑event follow‑up with clients to nurture relationships and identify future opportunities.
About You
* Has previous experience in a sales support or customer service role.
* Is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
* Demonstrates initiative and can work effectively both independently and within a team.
* Is confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and CRM systems (training provided).
* Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own transport (due to our rural location near Perth).
* Is passionate about personal growth, teamwork, and supporting others’ success.
