HW Finance are proud to be retained by a leading international, private equity-backed organisation to appoint a Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. This is a high-profile leadership role reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and investors. The successful candidate will take ownership of the Group’s FP&A function, driving performance, enhancing financial insight, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple countries and business units. This role combines technical excellence with forward-looking analysis, playing a key part in shaping growth and transformation. Key Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Deliver high-quality management reporting and performance insights to Board and investors Partner with international finance teams to improve profitability and efficiency Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions and integrations Drive system and process improvements, including finance transformation projects Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team Key Requirements: Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Significant post-qualified experience in senior finance roles Strong FP&A, modelling, and commercial analysis expertise Experience in complex, multi-entity or international environments Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Track record of driving change, growth, or transformation
