Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with additional on‑call duties on a rota basis.
Job Description
What you’ll do
The Care Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring high‑quality care services by managing care workers and performing field‑based duties. Responsibilities include assessing and reviewing individual care plans, supervising, instructing, and supporting care staff in the field. A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are required for the travel involved.

Qualifications
What you’ll bring
Experience and organisation: You are an efficient, organised Care Coordinator passionate about community care. You excel in managing rotas to impeccable standards and pride yourself on building strong relationships with care workers.
Stepping up? If you have previous healthcare experience and a solid understanding of the Care Inspectorate, care plans, and rotas, we support your transition into this role.
SVQ Level 3 is desirable.
