Hybrid: 3-4 days in the office (1-2 days remote)
Our client is a global B2B manufacturing business that specialises in energy‑efficient and sustainable products. We have a deep understanding of their culture and ambitions, having worked closely with the client’s MD for 10 years. As Marketing Executive, you will provide hands‑on marketing delivery support, and help evolve the function from being largely product‑focused to more brand‑led and audience‑driven, while bringing key activities in‑house that are currently managed by agencies.
The Role:
* Deliver multi‑channel marketing activity across digital, content, and social media platforms.
* Implement integrated campaigns in partnership with multiple agencies while supporting the transition toward in‑house delivery.
* Produce and manage high‑quality content tailored to specific audiences.
* Support video and digital content creation focused on practical product applications for trade audiences.
* Drive the rebrand strategy, working collaboratively with the wider group to ensure a proactive and structured approach to all communications.
* Streamline marketing operations to move the department from a reactive state to a planned, strategic function.
Skills we are looking for:
* 3+ years in a broad marketing role (essential) with a strong background in digital and content creation.
* Experience in B2B marketing; exposure to architects, specifiers, or trade audiences is highly beneficial.
* Proven ability to manage agencies and external suppliers effectively to deliver results.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing relationships within a senior leadership‑led structure.
* Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment focused on sustainability and safety.
For the top end of the salary available, you will be an experienced Marketing Executive with a proven track record of delivering results within high‑growth, commercial environments and a desire to take ownership of projects.
