What you’ll be doing

Processing and posting supplier invoices

Matching delivery notes to purchase orders
*
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
*
Assisting with supplier payments and finance administration
*
Supporting audits and wider finance projects
*
Helping to improve and digitalise finance processes
What we’re looking for
*
Either: experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger, or a keen interest in developing a finance career
*
Confident IT user, with good Excel skills (training provided on systems)
*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
*
A team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
*
Full driving licence required (rural location)
