Teacher of Physics - Full Time - September 2025
Downside School has a vacancy for a full-time Teacher of Physics to join the Science faculty from September 2025. Are you passionate about helping pupils develop as learners in a highly supportive and academically ambitious school environment? If so, we would love to hear from you.
Ideally, you will be an experienced Teacher of Physics capable of teaching Years 7 to 13, up to Oxbridge entrance level, though applications from ECTs are also welcome.
It is essential that our Teacher of Physics is an effective team member, promoting Physics through academic enrichment and seeking opportunities to develop teaching and learning within the subject.
Our Teacher of Physics will be someone who:

* Can teach up to and including A Level Physics.
* Creates an atmosphere conducive to active learning and encourages pupils to learn collaboratively.
