This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Private Client Solicitor to join a progressive and people-first law firm based in Southport.

Who we’re looking for
4. Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor
5. Experience handling Wills, Probate and Trusts matters
6. Able to work with minimal supervision on day-to-day files
7. Confidence to network and build relationships locally
8. Experience working towards chargeable hour targets
9. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
10. Excellent client care skills with a genuine, empathetic approach
11. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
What you’ll be doing
12. Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Trusts and Probate matters
13. Advising clients on estate planning, tax planning, probate and powers of attorney
14. Delivering high-quality, compassionate client care
15. Dealing directly with clients, families, carers and third parties
16. Networking to attract new clients and build local relationships
17. Maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
18. Managing risk through good file management and regular risk assessments
19. Supporting the wider team where required
