People Process and Experience Manager Job Description: We're looking for a dynamic leader to own and manage the delivery and governance of Sage's global process management framework within the People Function. This critical role will define and implement a framework that integrates continual improvement and enhances employee experience, driving operational excellence and digital transformation. This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and govern Sage's global process management framework, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and best practices. - Oversee process documentation, service catalogues, and governance standards across the People Function. - Lead the design and optimisation of business processes to support an HRIS transformation, driving automation, scalability, and efficiency. - Champion the use of technology and AI to enhance process mapping and documentation. - Act as the primary advisor to Global Process Owners, Leads, and Centres of Excellence, supporting process changes and governance. - Own and operationalise the employee experience methodology, using data and feedback to improve colleague satisfaction and identify pain points. - Lead pilot projects to test new process designs, incorporating user insights and best practices to drive continual improvement. - Collaborate closely with People Operations, Enablement Services, Digital Services, and Change teams to ensure seamless delivery of technology-enabled processes and consistent content management. - Manage and develop the experience and process team, ensuring delivery of priorities aligned with the People Function strategy. Skills, know-how and experience:- - Proven expertise in process management and optimisation within a global/matrixed organisation. - Strong understanding of governance frameworks, compliance, and policy alignment. - Team management skills - Experience working in a People team or working on HRIS implementations would be advantageous - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience leveraging automation tools, technology integration, and AI in process management. - Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Knowledge of continuous improvement practices. - Proficiency in data analysis.
