This role has been created as the head of the department has transitioned into a more strategy focused role. Required skills:
1. Extensive defined benefit administration skills - familiarity with a broad range of scheme events is necessary
2. 5 years in a team leadership/management role
3. Experience improving and developing processes
4. Confidence supporting and developing a team
5. Project management
6. Operational reporting to senior management
