Primary Musicianship - Developing Teacher Confidence in Primary Music quantity
By the end of the session, participants will:
* Understand the core components of musicianship (aural skills, rhythm, pitch, expression).
* Gain practical tools to develop their own musicianship.
* Learn accessible strategies to embed musicianship into everyday primary teaching.
* Leave with resources and confidence to lead music activities in your own setting.
This session will be delivered by Claire Wilson – Music Lead at St Benedict’s Primary School, Emma Nott – Head Teacher at St Benedict’s Primary School and members of Royal Birmingham Conservatoire (Learning and Participation Team).
