Position: Curriculum Team Leader – Creatives & Performance

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Pay Scale: MPS/UPS + TLR E (£10,173)

Start Date: September 2026

Lyde Green Community School opens in September 2026, and we’re looking for an exceptional leader to shape our Creatives and Performance faculty. This exciting role spans Art, Music, Drama, Design & Technology, and PE – bringing creativity, expression, and innovation to the heart of our curriculum.

You’ll design and deliver a knowledge-rich, inspiring curriculum that celebrates creativity and performance, while establishing systems and culture from the ground up. As the school grows, your leadership responsibilities will expand, offering clear pathways for career progression.

What you’ll lead:

•Development of a high-quality Creatives & Performance curriculum aligned with our vision and values

•Establishing departmental systems, policies, and expectations

•Recruitment, induction, and development of teaching staff across creative and performance subjects

•Delivery of outstanding teaching and learning in your specialist area

•Contribution to whole-school strategy and culture
