As an Infrastructure Architect III at JPMorganChase within the TCOPS team, you are a significant contributor to your team by utilizing your strong knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes. You will solve complex and broad business problems with simple straightforward solutions and methodologies of moderate scope.
Job responsibilities
1. Applies technical knowledge to complete projects of moderate scope
2. Resolves most issues independently and escalates more complex problems accordingly
3. Proactively identifies problems in infrastructure and advises on solutions and provides feedback
4. Engages with team members to drive daily activities
5. Synthesizes problems as a whole, breaks them down, and designs solutions
6. Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
7. Risk Management: Findings management, uplift programs, Seal onboarding/decommission, metrics, resiliency, compliance, access management.
8. Modernization: Data center migrations (UK, SG, HK, NAMR), Public and Private cloud consultation, Dbaas to GOS and GSS project coordination, modernization planning, change management.
9. Infrastructure: Planning, budgeting, lifecycle management, cost optimization, productivity initiatives, infrastructure reviews.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
10. Strong knowledge of infrastructure architecture principles
11. Proficient in one or more programming languages
12. Self-tutor and ability to continue to develop knowledge of infrastructure architecture domains
13. Demonstrated experience in testing, debugging, and networking in a large corporate environment
14. Understands working in agile methodologies
15. Practical cloud native experience
