Service Manager Wanted! – Stratford
The Perks:
Up to £45,000 per annum based on experience.
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm, with some Saturday mornings during busy periods.

What You'll Be Doing as an Agricultural Service Manager:
Lead and manage a team of talented engineers, ensuring smooth operations and top-quality service.
Coordinate with various departments to guarantee parts availability and efficient time management.
Organise and optimise call-outs to provide first-class service to all our valued customers.
Oversee all aspects of the service team and workshop, maintaining high standards and productivity.
Build and nurture strong relationships with our customers, keeping them coming back.
Maintain Work in Progress (WIP) at manageable levels in line with company policies.What We're Looking For in an Agricultural Service Manager:
Proven experience as a Service Manager in this industry, or a seasoned Engineer ready to step up.
Excellent understanding of machinery and the seasonal demands of the industry.
Strong communication skills to effectively manage your team and engage with customers.
