D365Systems Engineer, Fully Remote UK
Pearson Carter are working with a leading organisation that’s expanding its in‑house Microsoft Dynamics365 CE capability. They’re looking for a skilled D365 CE systems Engineer to design, build and enhance Dynamics 365 solutions that support critical business functions and continuous improvement.
You’ll work remotely within a collaborative, agile environment – helping to integrate technologies, optimise data systems, and deliver tangible value to the business.
Responsibilities
* Design and develop custom solutions within Dynamics 365 including workflows, entities, forms and plugins.
* Develop and maintain C# plugins and custom components to extend Dynamics 365 functionality.
* Integrate third‑party software using APIs and custom connectors.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define technical specifications.
* Produce management information (MI) and SQL‑based reporting to support insights and decisions.
Experience
* Proficient in C#/.NET development, including writing plugins and custom workflows.
* Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) configuration and customisation.
* Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and third‑party integrations.
* Familiar with Power Platform and Azure services.
Salary and benefits
* Salary up to £46,000.
* Remote working (UK Based)

Location
This is a fully remote opportunity, with travel to Bristol 3-4 times a year.
