Your key responsibilities will include:
Team growth & leadership: Expand the internal sales team from 3 to 5 or 6 staff, recruiting top talent with data networking expertise. In addition, support the field based sales team as required.
Performance management: Drive sales performance through coaching, pipeline reviews, and KPI tracking
New business development: Identify and close new business opportunities to increase market share
